I actually very rarely eat bacon because that shit will kill you. lol

Bacon's the one junk food I could never seem to allow myself to enjoy. Not knocking it for those that do, but that and fried chicken make my arteries harden just thinking about them.

Not junk food if you buy the uncured variety. Inflammation is what contributes to hardening of the arteries.
