Going on a cruise in December and both the wife and I received an unlimited drink package for free. Includes everything including alcohol up to $10. Norwegian has been running this special for quite awhile. Went last December to Ocho Rios and did the Blue Hole and Reggae Beach. Both were great. The Blue Hole is so much better especially on a busy cruise port day when Dunns Falls is a zoo. Blue Hole doesnt have any shops, restaurants, facilities but there are several falls in a row and they pretty much let you do as you please. Did a few very fun cliff jumps highest about 30ft up.Comment

Actually upped it to $11 per drink bro but unlimited quantity. That covers pretty much anything we would be drinking anyway and keeps people from ordering premiums. Normally about $350 a person so I can't complain when I was booking that room type regardless. We usually spend about $40 a day between the two of us on a cruise but we limit what we drink so we dont get hammered on the bill at the end of the trip. As with our all-inclusive trips we will up the drink quantity quite a bit when its free. It makes sampling everything easy since we just throw it out and order something else. I drank less without this package so my cabin bill didn't hammer the wallet at the end of the trip. This time I don't have to worry about the wallet and we can get hammered every day.Comment

I was there for 8 hours on a cruise
I compared it to going to Mexico, not the place where we race, old fucking Mexico, poor people everywhere, cops walking watching everything. I went on a fishing charter, spark plug for a sinker, broken poles, outboard that would barely run. I found out all I needed to know about Jamaica, I'll never go back.Don't worry about what you can't change.

Jamaica wasn't that great. We went to Dunns Falls but the trip to and from was terrible. Driver was an idiot drove way too close and was out of control. 4 hrs with this idiot was enough for me. If you go there just go find a beach by margarita ville. I would take the shortest cab ride possible. I was aboard the Carnival Magic for 7 days the crew on that ship did a great job. The cheers package is worth it if your Gonna drink more than 7 Drinks a piece. It does include premium wines vodkas etc. lots of good drink for 8-9 bux and you are allowed 15 a piece per day. We had 22 drinks yesterday so yes we definitely got our money's worthComment

Just got back from a 7 day stay at the Riu in ocho rios, stayed on adult side , I loved it, pretty calm , stayed on the resort except for an outing to zip line and ride the sky lift , never been zip lining before and that was a blast, nothing extreme but fun for a first timer.Comment
