Well good news...kind of...thanks to some recon by Bcoop and the Balch Springs PD. The car is there....sitting outside in the open. No visible damage. After I texted the owner of the trucking company a pic of the car he finally responded. Supposedly he is hiring another company to come get the car and take it where it was supposed to be a week ago. We shall see.

This. They do that a lot, unless you have a guaranteed ship date. $1100 to ship a car is pretty high, mine was quoted at $900 enclosed and i ended up just driving it back instead from LA to Dallas.

Yeah that area of Balch Springs/Mesquite has the worst crimes in Dallas. Its rough.
