He deserves worse than prison. You can't let words allow you to act like that.

Unfortunately if he is taken alive prison is the only thing that he will get for sometime. After he receives the best legal defense that money can buy courtesy of the tax payers he may be executed but only after the Supreme Court reviews his case.

Star Ship Troopers had it right. Shit like this would not happen nearly as often if the immediate family members of the criminal also received punishment for the crime.
