If you can't find anyone to give you a hand check out fiverr.com, you can contract out the work starting at 5 dollars, not bad for simple banner work.

I can paypal a board member if someone will help out. Id rather give the money to someone off of here but if I dont have get any volunteers Ill try out fiverr.
