Meh, they've proven that they can make quirky cars that rich people like already. I'm curious to see how the model 3 will perform as an electric car for the avg middle class person and if they'll be able to keep up with demand if it became a hit.

The next car planned is small and affordable ($35K). After that, I'd love to see them do an Aston Martin Vantage style coupe, but that'd be years away.

Meh, for the money I'd rather have the larger, and almost as powerful X6. The 250 mile range makes for a more than comfortable commuter/around town car, but not really enough for most road trips. Even here in Cali those battery change stations aren't near as prevalent as they need to be.
