it seemed like during the live feed the guy listened got confirmation of something, looked a bit sad, then she cut him off whenever he began to speak.

To the right of the presenter, the rightmost screen (which is partly split by the edge of the video), is initially grey (same smoke we saw on the feed that was shown to us), then the smoke clears… and you can see the barge, with the sea in the background, clearly a live feed since the barge is yawing… and no rocket on the SpaceX logo

The twin boosters landing at the exact same moment was pretty exciting.
