i would try to find a deal before the end of the year on a '15. the 5.0 is great, but a lot of fanbois get geeked up over their first turbocharged vehicle so they will swear by the ecoboost.

I had two of the 5.0 f150s in 2011, bought an eco boost in 2012 and another in 2013 ,I personally like the ecoboost for everyday and work, I like the quiet and smooth power plus the torque off the bottom for hauling , we still use a single cab 5.0 for the mower truck and works fine it is really just a preference IMO.Originally posted by Tremor14 View Posti would try to find a deal before the end of the year on a '15. the 5.0 is great, but a lot of fanbois get geeked up over their first turbocharged vehicle so they will swear by the ecoboost.

Mine is still sitting in the garage, apparently same as the 2 guys I quoted above. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if it were totaled or stolen tomorrow....I'd buy another one just like it. I appreciate the Coyote in a Mustang, but it's a pig in an F150...and there's simply no debate to be had on that fact. I've owned both....have you?70' Chevelle RagTop

read alittle closer and you will see that I "had" the 5.0's and now have the ecoboost one with 100k and other with 75k, and still do have one 5ohOriginally posted by Tremor14 View Postnotice how all those guys said they liked them in past tense? where are the trucks now?
