    Deputy admits to beating K-9 partner

    A Ramsey County, Minnesota deputy pleaded guilty to hitting his K-9 partner. The deputy was caught on camera dragging the dog and striking the animal multiple times.

            This guy is a piece of garbage.

            Double standard - any of us would be in jail for raising a hand to any police dog.
