Vin# comes back as severe flood damage. Apparently it was fully submerged in the Trinity River for a week. Two bodies were recovered from that vehicle.

I honestly don't care if the vehicle is good to go. My problem is when you turn around to sell or trade it in, it can make or break a vehicle.

I had a truck with a clean Autocheck. I went to trade it in. They said $23-24k. They ran a CarFax. It came up with a bedside replacement for a tire blow-out, and they dropped to $16.5k.

I got $28.5k on ebay. I included a free Autocheck with the listing!
