I guess I'm in the minority here. I don't think this was justified at all. The dude was driving off when he opened fire. This was an execution.

And that is different how than what cops get away with constantly? There was a problem with repeated assault and dude took care of the problem. Violent criminals dying used to be a positivr thing. The law doesn't want to deal with that shit half the time anymore and now the people are pissed and dealing with it. I don't know the history of the guy who got shot so it may not directly apply here, but this scenario is a great example of what happens when the courts let repeat offenders out and they continue to steal and rape and assault. Want to keep letting them out? Fine, eventually citizens get fed uo with it and take care of the issue and I don't see a problem with that. Hell cops assasinate people this way all the time and get away with it.

It is not right to throw one group of people in jail and let others walk free for the exact same action. So if the action is wrong then a good percentage of the cops in country need to be locked up. If not then citizens should walk too.
