Yes, it is still schedule 1. What David is saying is that the concentrates/oils come with harsher punishments than dry herb.

Because dope heads don't want felonies. THC/marijuana oils are in the penalty group 2 range of illegal drugs. Couple of oz of weed keeps you atleast at a class B if you do get caught.

What blows my mind is people still fucking smoke cigs and weed with paper. USE A FUCKING VAPORIZER. The hits are more powerful, there is little to no smell, its less disgusting, its easier to clean up, etc.... I've never smoked, but even I know that its more efficient high that is better for you.

Yes, the black chick that answered the door looked at us confused, followed by a huge waft of weed smoke coming out of the apartment. Said she wasnt smoking even though she could barely keep her eyes open. It was fucking pathetic.

I cant evict anyone, but the management office did. The renters agreed to vacate friendly before the eviction, however they went back on their word. So now they are being forcefully evicted which that shit takes something like 10-30 days.

Call the DEA and report a meth operation or the ATF and an illegal weapons manufacturing operation.

I dont think swating is the best answer. Hard to believe maybe, but I support the rules and laws of our country even if they are not beneficial to my situation at times. If the cops cant do anything about it, and neither can the front office in an expedited manner, then perhaps our laws need adjustment.

I asked the officers if maybe they could approach this in a different method, they are smoking in a non-smoking building, that should be some sort of citation in book. They informed me that the property owners have to enforce it, not them.

I should have more rights as a tenant to break my lease if bullshit like this arises.

Just FYI the cops saying they cant do anything is bullshit. They can take you to jail for whatever they want whenever they want.
