If some one made a legit complaint against an officer I would stay far away from that fucker, unless he was legit slinging meth or something, and I would have better bedside manners and good PC. If I was the father I don't think they could find a prison cell secure enough to keep me from killing that piece of shit Runnels. That was fucked up. The fact that the other Independence officers harrassed the kid even after he was out of the hospital..that town would need an entire new police department. That story made my blood boil.

Now that it is public knowledge, my guess is that the chief will be in hot water with the elected officials as they will have to answer to the voters.
