I've battled red bull addiction for year, around eight or so. . Started with working nights and then quit for awhile or at random times late nights drinking etc. Picked them back up and they've been hell to quit. I cut coffee and tea with ease. All water and beer and red bull. Last time I quit the head aches got me and caffiene in pill form did nothing. I'm down to a 8oz a day but it's been hell to kick the last one. They make me drowsy two hours later, not sure why I still enjoy them. At my worst averaged around 30oz a dayComment
