I'm sure there were options on who to send there. She has a small child, and there were probably better-suited veterans that would have gone. This. She wasn't forced to. She wanted to get promoted faster and the visiblity. I would bet she volunteered for the assignment. I bet there were alot of male seasoned reporters who were not allowed the opportunity. It's how the corporate world works.

I have raised 2 daughters, I have 2 sister's, I have a wife, a mom, a grand-daughter, and 2 dogs that are female. See a pattern? I know a little about the female persuasion, and none of them belong in the above situations.

I agree, for the most part. I have ABSOLUTELY no sympathy for women (like that mexican sportscaster) who invite sexual harassment by putting themselves in testosterone-filled environments, dressed for a one-night stand.
