Considering that got him for eluding, the speeding ticket will be the cheap part either way...

This kid has the money to build a 2011 Mustang to do 200+ mph working as a server for Texas Roadhouse? Damn maybe I need to go apply for a job there

Eluding is a class C here and not to high.

They do use Km/H in Canada, maybe they use them in Canadian County?

That's it? Figured it would be way worse. Class C is like 500$ fine max isn't it?

At what point does it turn into felony or class A/B??

When they can prove reckless endangerment to person or property, as well.

Evading arrest and detention in a vehicle is a state jail felony. When you know we are behind you and you keep running. Basically one is, you saw my lights come on, I was attempting to flip around, and you decided to hide, dodge into a driveway, haul ass and exit, etc etc. The other is I get get close enough that you know who I am after and you decided to run. Cat and mouse vs full retard.........

Exhibit A of his defense should be Oklahoma road conditions. I don't think I've seen a stretch of road capable of allowing those speeds.

                              This right here.

I have a helluva time maintaining a comfortable 80 mph.
