The big difference is in the details, how often it happens, and how much you care about the other person to look past the crap and\or baggage and see them for who they are as a person.

A good relationship is the BEST thing in the world... It is also WORK.

Just like a car, it requires regular maintenance, a jump start now and then, and if you're in it for the long haul, maybe a new paint job.

Trust me..very few women appreciate "genuine nature". I am 33 and I know plenty of of women my age that don't have their head on straight.

I did not mean to imply that chemistry is all that matters..you can find it in a bar at any given night..

but I will agree that respect is a two way street.

Most people talk big to get what they want but actually finding something worth while is very hard to do. I am grateful for the man in my life that appreciates all of my needs. I went through a ton of BS and shitty relationships to get here.

Then I guess that's the type of woman that my demure nature attracts. There is something to be said for chemistry, it's absolutely necessary in my opinion, but to be in a relationship where that's all you've got is assinine. I felt completely different at 21-25, ass was ass, but lately my tolerance for BS is pretty much non-existent. which sucks, because in San Diego there is a whole lot of BS.

I suppose that the 30ish range has been alot more fruitful than girls younger than that. You're right, there are plent of "off" women of all ages.

I guess that's the yin and yang of life, there are alot of assholes in the world, so there are alot of women that want assholes to balance that.
