If you're creative and can work the internet you can go anywhere. I'm getting married next saturday and going to Bora Bora for slightly more than that. It's actually landing in Tahiti, 4 days in Moorea, and 4 in bora bora.

French Polynesia is expensive and it's not all inclusive anywhere. However you only do it once. Go all out. You can do Cancun and the Caribbean anytime.

Just a thought but not everyone has the same wants/ideas/travel goals and maybe doesn't want to go completely in debt for a trip they don't want that bad.
