What's the scoop on apartments in Arlington?

I'm looking at getting an apartment in Arlington. My work is right behind Six Flags, just a couple of blocks from the ball park and Cowboy's Stadium. Any recommendations on apartments?

i say stay the hell away if u can, traffic might be ok right now that nobody is playing but once the seasons starts it will be a BITCH to get in and out

collins st is probably the most congested street in that area during lunch break and onwards.

too many Mexicans in Arlington

There used to be a lot of nice apartments in that area up until around August 31st 2005.
It's steadily gone down hill since. I would at least shoot for the mid cities area north of 183

Fixed, I have never seen so many asains as I have here.

That area has one of the highest crime rates in the metroplex I'm told

Thats about the time the area went to hell. I lived on copeland right by the chillis and hooters. Glad I got out of there.

Arlington is HUGE, so naturally, it has its good parts and its bad parts. Pay more to get away from the riff-raff. Go take a look for yourself.

But isn't the traffic along 121/183 a bitch? I've gone by there on a Sunday afternoon and the highway is going 30-40 mph.

You've read my mind but missed the part about trying to narrow my search down to just a few areas of Arlington.
