Most managers I have run across should not be in management positions. They got their by performance, knowing someone, or just being at the right place at the right time. Then you meet someone who is a true leader and you are amazed. We have degrees for engineering, business, etc. but no one for leadership. Well besides the military. Everything else is on the job training.

One guy ( deserved it too ) got ran down pretty bad, he has been her 17 years.

I am by far and away the highest producer of anyone ..closest person to me does almost half the revenue .

I make ok money for this area , its not horrible being here, he just does not know how to handle employees
