Hate to say it but if it was an honest mistake, you may be out of luck if she just sells it. Better get that injunction real damn fast

She got the piece she wanted but it was a mix up. The buffet was a display only and was not for sale. I was a honest mistake

So did she pick up the incorrect piece knowingly? Meaning did she know she paid for a different piece of furniture other than the one she was picking up?

Second, what is a piece of furniture doing in an antique store and not be for sale? Was it marked as a "NOT FOR SALE/DISPLAY CASE ONLY"? Did employees help load it?

Lawyer says we can file a injunction to hold her from selling it since we got ahold of her right after she left. I can get it from someone else but they are on vacation right now and time counts on this. We need to get her served ASAP

I only need a current address so we can have papers served.

    Story in short...
we own a Antique store and a customer bought a buffet for 400.00. The problem is that they picked up the wrong buffet which was not for sale. When we contacted her about the mix up she offered to sell it back to us for 10k and said she already had a buyer for it for 12k. Gonna go the legal route on this one, but we need a address to serve her papers.
    Thank you in advance,
Working...
