He's meaning of "she stoles it" is a metaphor. I have cameras all interior and exterior of the store. I watched them. It was very obvious their intent.

But going on his post, and his history of posts, he's not exactly forthcoming with info which means he knows the mistake is nobody's fault but their own.

And FYI. This is not a lawyer reaching in our pockets. My brother in law is a court reporter in Oklahoma. He asked the lawyer he does most of his work for what our options were and or if we had options. He told us to get a lawyer in her county and file a injunction and to let her know immediately that we are doing so. This way if she sells it she had knowledge that a injunction was in process. Which we did.

However, if she legitimately bought that - she has every right in my book to not return it. In fact, if I was her I'd be thinking you're trying to be the shady one.
I'm not clear on exactly what happened, but if I find a good resale deal - MAYBE I pay asking price, maybe I give a bump on top - but ultimately I'm not giving it back for what I paid without a profit on it. That's how things go.
Now, if she did pay for item A and then stole item B - I feel for you.
Not only, but there is a sentimental value to this piece that carries no value in money.
