In my opinion the iron sights are the best feature of an AR. You do not need optics to shoot an A2 style AR well at 500 yards; just a sling and some practice will do just fine.

Y'all watch that update earlier from the police? Nothing really new, but really seemed to be avoiding answering questions about that piece of paper. Could be nothing, but ya know - gotta make a big deal about it.

isn't that pushing the boundary of a round like that? just wondering as someone brought that up to me today

    You ever been to vegas?

Edit: and the reports i read put the distance to the middle of the concert at ~350yds. When your goal is just to spray and pray into a crowd of people that still makes you lethal.

That doesn't count the masses running down the strip.

This is from the unarmed security guard who went to the shooters room and was shot in the leg.

Bullshit! Are there crazy people out there who do bad things? Yes. Are there wacky people who dream up crazy conspiracy theories? Yes.
The main driver of conspiracy theory is the government consistently lying to the public. The White House, Congress, FBI, CIA, NSA, IRS, media, state government, local government, and the police are caught in a lie on a regular basis. Why should we trust what they tell us? Do I believe that this incidence was a government conspiracy? No. Do I believe we will get the whole truth? Absolutely not.

No joke. If this guy is so wealthy, he needs to hire a PR firm immediately.

I'm about halfway through this interview. Part of me feels sorry for this guy and part of me wants to tell him to STFU. He needs to spend less time talking about how fun it is to hang out with a rich guy and focus on the issue at hand.
