Actually had none of that in the vid. The title was misleading. The only thing released was the coroner's report that this jackass indeed shot himself.

And the FBI said it could take a year or more to release the shooter' s motive.

Multiple companies run helicopter tours in Vegas. Two of them take off from McCarran and tour over the Vegas strip at night.

I generalized too much, I should have said random helicopter, and with no flight plans. That area just has to much-controlled flight space to allow for UFOs

Not that I'm ready to put on a tinfoil hat here... but for the sake of devil's advocate, you're kinda not supposed to shoot hundreds or rounds of rifle ammo into a crowd of thousands either. It was very doubtful before this happened that someone was going to kill 58 people at a concert across the street.

The idea of a helicopter in the area of the Mandalay isn't a big deal since it's basically across the street from the airport.

a ATC employee called her employer very near the time shooting started and warned them to not allow any landings near Mandalay which is near the executive area of Mccaren. very likely the one coming back on radar was one of the lvmpd units.

YouTube videos show helos with flashing lights on them, which is consistent with lvmpd or careflight which would have been dispatched for a incident like this.
