    Until she testified I'd have said she's 100% guilty of Manslaughter... now, I'm actually ok with Murder. The dumb ass said she intended to kill him. That's not even what you're trained for as a peace officer.

                Holding things she said against her when she was just talkin smack seems kind of silly. Just imagine what my comments on here would appear like to a jury at sentencing.
