What can be done about Left Lane campers

What angers me if when you're passing folks in left lane and someone in the middle lane gets over, then goes the exact same speed they were going before. Fuckers...

On the bike is very different though and I don't know why, but I typically cruise at 80-85 and people are passing me, actually a LOT of people. I first though something was wrong with my speedo, but a couple other buddies mentioned it too.

In the truck though, I normally float at about 70 and I am flying past people.

as long as you maintain the min posted speed thats not breaking the law. May piss off kids but not breaking the law.
Just because the posted speed limit says 70 don't mean you have to drive that fast. Now go back to flipping my burger. and cut the onions this time. You are looking dumber by the min there going to put you back on frys again.

Sec. 545.363. MINIMUM SPEED REGULATIONS.
(a) An operator may not drive so slowly as to impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic, except when reduced speed is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law.
(b) When the Texas Transportation Commission, the Texas Turnpike Authority, the commissioners court of a county, or the governing body of a municipality, within the jurisdiction of each, as applicable, as specified in Sections 545.353 to 545.357, determines from the results of an engineering and traffic investigation that slow speeds on a part of a highway consistently impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic, the commission, authority, county commissioners court, or governing body may determine and declare a minimum speed limit on the highway.
(c) If appropriate signs are erected giving notice of a minimum speed limit adopted under this section, an operator may not drive a vehicle more slowly than that limit except as necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law.

This statute leaves some discrestion to the officer.
In a lot of places you will see a speed limit sign with a posted minimum under it. For example, if the maximum speed is 70, usually the minimum speed is 50 or so. If someone is camped out in the left lane and doing 51 mph, he is legal, but in violation of the impeding statute. I would give that driver a nugget.
