Not brake checking. Like you said, if I slow down and you hit me? You're too close. And I've been hit by a semi. He was doing 55 and I was sitting at a red light. He went bankrupt and his insurance company did too. I think I got 10k out of it and had to pay attorney fees. Seems after he hit me, 2 weeks later he turned a Mustang into a speed bump at the SAME redlight.

See, that goes both ways. A big rig is blowing you off? Get around in front of him and pull the same trick. Slow down and make sure he doesn't pass. I had a rig doing 60 pretty much in both lanes on the way to school. Just talking on his phone and having a good time, didn't care that no one could pass, didn't care anything other than his call. I got in front of him and put my little dodge in the way and dropped to 55.

Two can play that game and his insurance is better than mine.

Yep we have a min of 1 million. But just slowing down to 55 theres not much he can say about it, as long as you maintain the min posted speed.
But thats why a lot of company's are mounting cameras looking forward when the brakes are off. Hard to fight a vid of you break checking in court.

Nope. I get around them. It leads me to driving much more aggressively than I prefer, but it bothers me to no end to watch people knowingly let traffic pile up behind them because three like minded fuckheads want to sit right next to each other and not allow traffic to flow.

Well I know you get around them but do you let it bother you? That's my issue, a lot of people say to ignore them (of course go around them) but don't let them control you.

I my truck has my dot numbers truck number and last 6 numbers of the Vin on it. You hit my rear end I get the $check$ you get the ticket for unsafe following distance.
