Those of you who are landlords, couple of questions.

Out of curiosity, care to expand on why?

I was paying 10% management fee. Got too busy to do a lot of the little repairs. Felt like I was spinning my wheels and over paying for a lot of small repairs. Was making money and at the end of it I only had two with a mortgage. Was a decent time to sell them with prices being what they are. Single family is a lot harder than an apartment building with management and maintenance onsite.
