A fancy 2 story workshop with all the things or a used Sherp ATV and trailer to pull it around

Larger shop, new guns/ammo, boat upgrades and new fishing gear....maybe a couple jet skis.

all my shit boxes would be a little less shit box, or more realistically, just become more expensive shit boxes.
buick would get paint and body work and efi,
ranger would get shipped to my friends house to have him copy his 9sec stickshift fox coupes setup
the rallyx mustang would get caged and a sequential gear box
the 15 GT would get twin turbos,
and the new ranger would just get paid off.
I need no new cars

As I get older I'm more inclined to think first about practical applications for said windfall, but if forces to splurge, I'd split it down the middle on a not Wakeboard boat and a new truck to haul it. Maybe a decked out new Bronco, so that it can do double duty tooling around above Lake Tahoe.

30k: foundation with porch
15k: concrete pad and driveway to said metal building
55k: 30x50 building with wiring, insulation, HVAC, exhaust (more on that later)
20k: used golf launch monitor/hitting area
10k: 12x12 walk-in humidor, temp and humidity controlled
10k: walled-in cigar room that uses the exhaust for fresh ventilation
6k: two used lifts installed
4K: new TIG machine, handful of metal work benches, PVC for running shop air to various points, odds and ends.
I might get the building cost and the golf setup cost down depending on what I settle for.
So my dream shop ain’t cheap but it isn’t “horrible”. A lot of those numbers are actual from poking around the past couple of years. I would finish out the inside (except the humidor) to my own tastes with my own saved funds.

First would be a C6 ZR1 and maybe $10k in mods, leaving me with ~$75k
$45k - Week long VIP package in Monaco for the Monaco GP. Watch practice sessions from a yacht in the harbor, drinks + meet/greet with former drivers, more super-yacht cocktail parties, watch Saturday qualifying from the Midi Terrace of the Hotel Hermitage, and watch the Sunday race from the Casino Square Suite at Hotel de Paris.
$2k - Fly in a P-51
$15k - week long northern-Rockies backcountry hunt
$2k - Bonneville Speed Week
$1k - see a NASA / SpaceX evening launch in-person from Kennedy Space Center
The last $10k would go toward a winter trip to Lapland (far north Finland) to sleep under an aurora in a glass igloo, then maybe a reindeer hunt.
you win haha, that would be badass
