You have plenty of options to go to and not bother people with carcinogens.

THIS IS A ROUND AND ROUND ARGUMENT. No one wins.

The answer skidmark is no. Fuck, you might as well bring back prohibition. It's about our freedom to choose. I don't understand what is so difficult to understand about that.
Your choice is to smoke outside, not smoke at all, or don't go to a bar or restraurant.

I can't stand walking out of an establishment smelling like everyone else's bad habit. I too am a smoker but above all that I would rather not fucking smell like it.

Two options I see because once they have it you know they will run with it....

    1. we revolt...that simple (see you in jail)

    2. Get someone or persons in office that still belive in rights and seeing as smoking is not illegal it sure as hell might as well be...

As much as I dislike being around smoke, I personally feel the government has no business telling a restaurant/bar owner whether he should allow smoking or not. I would probably go to actual bars more often if they were smoke free.

I think it should be up to the owner of the bar

This is my favorite solution to the problem. I don't like going to bar areas that allow indoor smoking. I don't want to smell like your addiction
