In light of the fact that the person you're after is publicly available... How are you helping your friend?

My friend is not great on computers.
I will help my friend get what is hers. Whether it is helping get the money she deserves or making sure she doesn't get screwed around and keeps HER house.
Maybe if Chris wouldve responded to numerous letters, phone calls, then I wouldn't be here posting on a website.
My fee was 30% because my friend wouldve given me half if I did not tell her a price.
I'm saving her money and helping at the same time.
I don't see any problem with that.

Still haven't answered the question. So you think you are going to get this big pay day. What exactly have you done to earn this money? You know what happens to money not earned? Well look at your friends little situation, that will give you an idea.
So is this 30% net or gross. Lawyers aren't free.
