they are saying because the first hearing wasn't concluded until april 2001 that payments should have been contiuned until april 2011, and I should be responsible for property taxes until the 2012 fiscal year is up.

but my ex step mom has been receiving payments of $11,400 since may 1999, that ended in February 2009.
I PAID THE TAXES FROM 1999-2007 (8 years)

now they are trying to go by the last date of judgement.
If they go by that, this bitch is wanting to receive more money for about 4 years... BULLSHIT!!!

Yup..I had a feeling that's what this was about...have seen this shit before. Very simply put, it proves beyond a reasonable doubt that this bitch really truly is nothing more than a gold digger!! Rather than being happy that she received at least something, she's now reduced herself to skimming through any possible loophole that can be found, in order to squeeze out a little more of the gravy-train. What a pathetic existence.

if my ex step mom somehow gets the house situated then im going to just sit back and wait til she cant pay and then im going to go about getting the house.

Exactly Whoa. In my family everyone comes to me, not because I have money but because I spend wisely. Patience will win out in this one, but you need to hurt them both enough for them to realize that they can't keep coming up with BS every time they have a bill to pay. I hate to say it my man, and you don't seem like the type of guy who gets dirty on things, but you're going to have to do the legal equivilant of punching them in the nose to get your point across if you want any peace at all.
