My wife is watching the Japanese news. She said there were 20 cases of looting in Sendai itself that were not people getting food. They've already been busted.
BTW, many vending machines in Japan have a lever on the top of the machine that will give out everything in it. It is there for emergencies like this. Of course this would never fly in the US...Comment
