Neighbors Dog has to go......

So for the past 6 months the neighbors horse... I mean great dane keeps tearing up the trash we put at the top of our driveway. I have tried everything. We live outside the city limits and mainly family lives all around us (Family land) however across the street is not family. I put the trash out in the morning before I head out to work. First we just had metal barrels out there that we put the bags in. Now I built a stand to hold the barrels in place. However that horse can still get them. I have talked to the neighbor and nothing. This is the same neighbor that threatened to kill my dog when my dog got out one time, and ran to their yard. They have killed my aunts dogs in the past. I just need a clean shot of it... lol Suggestions?

Hah, well they will know where it went. It seems like something that will cause more trouble then it is worth. I am sick of picking up trash.

In all honesty, it isn't the dogs fault. Just keep phoning complaints into animal control, etc and eventually they will get tired of paying the fines and keep the damn dog in the backyard or inside.

I'd back my truck into their trash cans every fucking time I saw them.

My options are slim. The owner won't do anything about it. If anyone has dealt with animal control in Ellis county you know, it is pretty much non existent.
