I'd be throwing up if that was a first-gen Camaro, but you can't be a split-bumper 2nd gen. I say go for it, but I was never a fan of the bigger first gen Mustangs anyway.

Which ones has more work in it? How good is the craftsmanship on the Camaro compared to the Mustang? Have you driven the Camaro yet? My dad has a 2nd gen and it feels BIG and HEAVY. I would stick with the Mustang as those Camaros are all over pro-touring.com

That's pretty funny that they were parked next to you.

Personally if I had multiple projects going I would do what I could to minimize the ones in process. In this case take the trade + cash, "quickly" swap the T-56 into the Camaro and be done with it, then focus on finishing the Chevelle.

That's because he's actually a good friend of mine. ;-)

Your logic is what I am thinking too....that chevelle is going to be nice when its done, and the 5 figures worth of cash coming with the Camaro will get it there.

I know you could change it, but the hood on the Camaro is terrible. Not to mention the fact that if you end up with it, you'll have to grow a handlebar mustache and feather your hair. I love split bumpers, but I love that mustang more.

5 figures + an LS2 + that Camaro? I'd do it. I don't know what you've got invested in the Mustang, but it sounds like you would be making some cash on this deal when it's all said and done if/when you sell the Camaro.

David I got your IROC running man! Just the whole front suspension on the car feels loose. I think its going to all have to be gone through with new inner & Outter Tie Rods & new bushing & Steering box! Still has a long ways to go! But 5 years later, It runs!!! I kept it bone stock with stock exhaust
