After having to call the police the first time, they should've acknowledged his necessity for a behavioral health learning facility environment. Cant use the same thing on every child. Same reason people don't get the death penalty for running a red light. The punishment should fit the crime.
Obviously with this child they have already done the "talk him calm" method a couple times and it had no lasting effect. Maybe, just maybe this will. Next time the little fucker decides to go on a rampage he will remember the pepper spray and be deterred instead of remembering all the adults paying attention to him and talking nicely till he behaved.
If this shit would have happened when I was 8 and I was the one throwing chairs you could bet your ass the teacher and principal would have had my ass tackled and pinned then when I got home I would have gotten my ass beat.
So he got some pepper in the eyes. So fucking what. Ive been hit with pepper spray in training before and it ain't that bad.
