The motor and transmission will handle the power just fine. There are plenty of GT500's running around with KB 2.8's and Whipple 3.4's (and now 4.0's) running around make over 700rw on stock longblocks and transmissions. The stock clutches need to be upgraded is all, which is obviously done on the SuperSnake.Originally posted by quikag View PostWonder how long the powertrain would hold up at 800hp before it frags? There is a reason there is no powertrain warranty. Pretty lame IMO.

OK, so a 630hp Super Snake starts at $80,000 and then who knows how much more to get to 800HP which is a current option. When you opt for the 750 hp or 800 hp it voids or gets rid of any drivetrin warrenty.
So why not spend $52K on a regular one, $7000 for the big blower, $1000 for fuel mods, $800 for a clutch that can hold it and spend the rest on a Fuzion Sport 3.5 AWD for a DD and two high class call girls and party favors?
You would have the same performance, a sweet cruizer and a happy ending.
Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
