my local watering hole has limited beer selection, but they have blue moon on tap and it's ice cold. So I'll drink it with lunch a lot of the time.

It is a hard cider. Kind of like one of those Mike's drinks. Although Strongbow has more of a beer feel to it. Kind of sweet. Strongbow is English and it is somewhat expensive, around $8-9 for a four can pack of tall boys. It isn't bad by itself but I like them as a half and half with a guiness because I don't like a straight sweet beer, it sets off a guiness pretty well.

The woodchuck cider in the background is the same thing.

I am not suprised that women brought that stuff. They tend to like the cider.

Pour half of each in a glass, they'll seperate if you pour it right, like oil and water. Get a little of both with each drink.

Peroni is disgusting. Any beer in a green bottle is atrocious. Blue Moon is decent. Shiner is shit. Strongbow ok if you're in a cider mood.

Peroni is awesome! If you're not a beer person it may take a little more getting use to than a domestic light.

And BJ explained one of my favourite drinks, well a variant of it. I would typically have either a snakebite or a black and tan. Which are all layered drinks with either dark/light, dark/cider, or a cider and other beer. I strongly suggest trying it.
