Precisely why I uses those specific examples. They aren't high end steak houses, they're fast food without a drive-thru. I'm aware of the difference.

Eh, it's not much different than my opinion of Texas Roadhouse and Outback, "Why spend the money for something overpriced and mediocre when I can make it so much better at the house?"
