There is zero evidence that it was a hate crime or had anything to do with the chosen gender of the victim nor have they said the suspect is white, which statistically he/she is likely to not be. It's a shitty area of town and that house is especially questionable. I can only assume that many of the other references on that list are exaggerated as well. Just an observation.
