That's cool. If I were going with something other than chrome on the bumpers, I'd consider fiberglass bumpers just for weight savings.

They do sell some nice carbon fiber ones too online. I may look into those as wel. The cars are light as it is. Not too concerned about weight savings.

True, but adding lightness where you can is cool. Yeah, Trans Am rules back in the day required stock hood with no scoop. I personally like the '67 Shelby 2-nostril hood that fits the stock Mustang front end. Edit: you may have been talking about the blacked-out hood. That was common on Trans Am cars, but not all of them had it.
