    Pulled it apart...sort of.

Chopped the excess pinch weld and trimmed/smoothed it back.

Installed intake, injectors, rails, and intercooler. Installed remote oil filter and built oil filter lines, breather canister and those lines. Installed belt and began upper radiator hose.

Welded tabs to lower core support and mounted brackets for the heat exchanger we built along time ago from a chunk of radiator.

Built this upper bar with threaded tube ends and some spare metal.

Fits like a glove and sturdy as hell.

Made a simple bracket and mounted up fuel pressure regulator. Made a couple fuel lines too.

    done for the day

A little body modification and some valve cover Fabrication and the 4"dp fits better.

it used to rub very slightly. Not anymore.

A little window cut out and closed in gave me the clearance I needed for the v-band.

    Things going together now

not much but it's honest work. 1 radiator hose finished.

Put down a little weatherstrip. I'm not wanting any rattles. It will also help seal it and keep tire smoke out.

Aluminum in for hopefully the last time.

Everything worked great going in and out during mock up. We welded on feet the other day and what a huge pain in the ass getting them in today was. Not to mention drilling for bolts. But they are on for hopefully the last time.

    And the radiator.

plenty of clearance. those lights are tits too.

I pulled the rear carriage assembly and cleaned up welds and hit it with paint.

I'm Project Binky engineer bracket maker but this thing came out great.

Rear tin work. Traced template onto 2 sheets of .063" aluminum. And cut out.

    test fit. worked pretty well.

Punched my rivet holes and held with cleco.

I installed 2 underside LED service lights

these are tits. I power them with Milwaukee m18 battery on a 3D printed adapter.

I'm setting the bar real low. My first goal is running and driving. Next we'll see if it can run a 9.

I've got a lot done. A bunch of stuff going into the car this week after being able to get them welded up.

trunk floor, fuel cell, ice tank, radiator are all done and going in.

Made a carriage frame to mount fuel cell, ice tank, water pump, fuel pump and filters and mount the radiator/fan.

Installed an plumbed new Holley V2 fuel pump with dual inlets (-12an and -10an) with 100micron filters from fuel cell and a 10micron filter down stream.

Valve covers modified to give me more clearance at the down pipe v-band.

Vacuum line -12an welded to other valve cover and made a small baffle then added an 1/8"npt weld bung for the vacuum/psi sensor.

Got the car on the ground to roll outside.
