Thanks. As soon as Chris finishes a coupe in his garage it's on to mine. Expect it to be "vert" just to weld the cage all the way in on the top bars. Then the top goes back on after I paint the cage, again.

Depending on what day the car comes home within my R&R next month, I should be able to get a lot done.

My 7yr old daughter is ready for racecar/garage time with me! So at least she is on board with making progress...

Lol, kiddo asked her while I was on the phone 2 days ago. "mom are YOU excited the racecar is coming back home?" I've taught the kid well. She can troll with the best of them.

New rear is in for maybe next to last time.

Anti-roll bar and shock tabs all squared away.

Cage I the back, minitub and lower torque boxes all welded in.

Front of cage getting done next. Chris Shoemaker is killing it.



What perplexed us for hours/days was the ARB mounts. They were not able to go far enough forward because of the Wild Rides upper torque box. Chris solved it pretty quick by just flipping the bearing plates from side to side and pointing the to the rear. Duh? How come I didn't see that?



I can't wait to get some color on those bare wheel tubs and underside of the car. I'm thinking of light gray Rustoleum again.
