You can come up and see it, it isn't a far drive.
All I did was cut the back half of the frame off before it flared and put some rectangle tubing in its place to make it straight.Comment

I picked up a Miller 150 gas rig and it welds sooo much better.
Before:

I made it out of 16ga sheet and doubled up around to spring eye. Feels much beefier than the stock portion.
These shall hold up

No, I've welded for a while it's just been about 6 years since I picked up a gun. The first welder was WAY wrong for what I'm trying to do and this one is moe betta. Thanks.Comment

Small stuff. I have both springs hanging but only tacked in. I'm trying to figure the best way to measure the springs squared before I buzz it all up. Plus my next move is to narrow the new rear end and purchase wheels. I've spent a lot of time cleaning and fixing rust. I also made my exhaust removable as it was previously welded straight to the body (thanks muffler shop!)
