BLK306, how much power are you planning on throwing at it? I've had a mild combo with a stock tranny/baumann shift kit and converter and it did fine. Mike built my new one, but I'm throwing some power at it....

i have a transgo in my 05 rst. also look at upgrading the pistons to billit anf change.. I recommend doing no washer unless you do the stall... after i added a 3500 stall to my truck, it made the shift kit more drivable

The combo I've built should be capable of 600 or so. However, I will most likely keep it a little more conservative for cruising purposes. I don't want to run around with it on kill all of the time. Its too likely to break that way.
