Is this swap as simple as the 95ish mark viii? I got a good price on a complete engine out of a 2000 continental... I believe they come with C heads, would the swap be pretty straight forward?

They do have the C heads. Some people claim to have gotten them to work with a RWD platform, but I doubt it. If you are willing to pull it, I saw a 98 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC at the 2nd avenue Pick N pull today. Motor was still there. I think it's $219 for a complete engine from them.
