What size are the hole in the back of the stock e7 heads on a 5.0....... I want to block mine off and pull the EGR stuff out

Buy the inserts. They used to sell them at the ford dealer. HOWEVER, but you'll have to take the heads off to get those holes cleaned out. I'm sure its pretty much gummed up and you won't be able to get them in.

They also usually sell them at Smiley's, at least the one here does. That's where I got mine for my Trick Flows.

The holes on the back of the head are smog pump related, not EGR.

I think they are 5/8... What ever size they are I used a screw tap and cleaned the treads up and used lock tight on the bolts... once in I cut them off at the head smooth.... I had to do this for the extra room in the miata...
