well as some of yall know i somewhat finished my mustang not too long ago but now am debating on what route to go with it, as of now i have a 3inch exhaust with full tail pipes to the back but they limit the amount of suspension components i am able to install on the car, i would like to get more traction and make the car launch better so what should i do, leave it as is and just add what i can or get rid of the tail pipes and run dumps and add more suspension parts and chassis stiffening components?

i do too, and i specifically got the cobra bumper to be able to show off the pipes, but as far as suspension and chassis stiffening its limiting my options

Ya, I'd have to have a rear valance with areas for tailpipes and no tailpipes coming out.

to each his own, but i chose to run dumps on my '00 gt was simply to eke out all possible weight savings and reduce drone. and i personally liked the sound of o/r h with 40s flowmasters. it made a lot of bass in the cab, so i wouldn't recommend it for a commuter. the increase interior noise was appreciable. in terms of suspension; the best thing i ever did on my car was welded up torque boxes, poly bushing lcas, and welded sub frame connectors. the stock torque boxes didn't like 4.56 gears and slicks.

that was another thing i was worried about with dumps the noise, im running a 3' exhaust with a x and flows so i dont know how bad the noise will be, as of now i have subframes, upper and lower control arms and new shocks, i would like to weld up or fix the torque boxes and add a watts 5link and mini tube it if possible to get wider tires

That's the route I would eventually want to go, but right now I just need to improve my suspension to get better grip, I looked for that stuff u asked me for and I can't find my old ones, ill keep looking for u tho

Its all good I got one from the junk yard the other day. I've finally been able to make the block in my car. Now to finish the turbo kit
