Remember, dynos are not the be all end all. Not only will different brands give different results, but tweaks in the dyno itself can bias the hp. Custom dyno tune is the best if you HAVE to get a tune. C headed n/a machs/cobras have a lot more aggressive tune stock, and really don't pick up that much compared to a B headed cobra.
