Yes. When I hit something in the road. That will not be covered unless you opted for a road hazard warranty. If you didn't get the warranty you may be able to have them pro rate it anyway. You aren't going to convince them the tire up and did that all on its own especially with that profile. Just don't go in there and say some stupid shit like the following:

I can see if it were a chronic problem with a specific brand, but you aren't going to get anywhere with anyone if you go in with a trailer trash attitude threatening a lawsuit.
